Arabic sources need translation edit

@Soman: could you give an English translation to the title of the articles in the Arabic references you"ve added? Either add to the title of the source the translation in square brackets or add this to the citation template:

|trans-title=English translation

The refernece should look like that:

  • "أنا الحمار الكبير [I am a big Khmar]". Old York Times (in Arabic). 1 September 1939. {{cite news}}: |access-date= requires |url= (help)

I"ll add the Arabic tag to the referneces if you havent. Thanks on advance.--Bolter21 (talk to me) 21:37, 22 August 2016 (UTC)Reply

I generally don't translate titles, but feel free to do so using available online tools (such as google translate). As per the sample sentence above, apart from being uncivil, is ungrammatically translated and the 'kh' sound does not properly represent the Arabic letter ح (just as it is totally wrong to say 'khummus' for hummus). --Soman (talk) 14:15, 23 August 2016 (UTC)Reply
Well this is once of the sentences I know in Arabic so..--Bolter21 (talk to me) 16:32, 23 August 2016 (UTC)Reply

This page edit

Clearly this page is a typical violation of WP:CRYSTALBALL - a hypothetic event turned into an actual page. Of course is some countries elections are made periodically and are in a way predictable, but this page is an inauguration of the Next Palestinian general election, which had originally been created as 2010 Palestinian general election, then renamed to 2011, to 2012, to 2013 and finally just to "next". No elections on sight...GreyShark (dibra) 17:59, 11 September 2016 (UTC)Reply

So due to the fact the elections might not happen, you suggest re-naming the article and reformatting it so it would be "Next Palestinian Local Elections"?--Bolter21 (talk to me) 18:18, 11 September 2016 (UTC)Reply
@Bolter21: No, it should be merged into Elections in Palestine, since "next" is non-encyclopedic and vague.GreyShark (dibra) 06:43, 29 September 2016 (UTC)Reply
