I do think the map needs updating. While which counties were won by who is correct, the shading isn't. I calculated percentage and from https://www.elections.ny.gov/NYSBOE/elections/2016/General/USSenator_11082016_Amend12212016.pdf the results don't match. Chuck schumer only got 38.81 % of the vote and Wendy long got 37.94 % according to my calculations. Could we check the percentages because I do not think they are correct with the shadings of the counties. If they are incorrect then somebody please update the map. I would do it but I do not know how to. I'll release the percentage results I calculated from the elections.ny.gov results.--General Dwight David Eisenhower (talk) 20:57, 18 June 2021 (UTC)Reply
