This page contains opinion poll of I-barometr internet site which is not national opinion polling company or sort of popular service using by most Russians so the results of this poll are not representative. Levada Centre - "foreign agent"

I think there should be a mention that Russia's leading independent polling group Levada Centre was labelled "foreign agent" by the Justice ministry in September 2016.

Source of results

The table of results gives the number of seats won by each party in the national PR election, and gives as the source "Source: CIKRF." Yet the source given does not give the number of seats won by parties, only the number of votes received. What is the source of this information?
