I've Changed the tables to the sports table style with the option of 'overtime' wins and losses. This is for two main reasons. 1) It allows the table to show wins and losses in penalty shootouts, as has been introduced in this competition. Only showing draws is misleading as their are different points awarded. Two columns allows users to see more accurately why two teams with the same number of 'draws' are on different points. this will be even more important later on, as there will no doubt be more of these penalty shootouts. 2) it allows the results table to show the result of the penalty shootout clearly. the previous results takes had the pens so small it was not readable.
