Not confirmed yet, but the likely allocation is:
First Round edit
24 teams from League Two + 24 teams from League One + 22 teams from Championship (Newcastle Utd and Norwich City (18th and 19th in previous season's EPL) will have a bye but Aston Villa (20th) will take part in first round) = 70 teams
35 winners advance
Second Round edit
35 first round winners + 13 Premier League teams not in Europe + 2 byes (Newcastle Utd and Norwich City) = 50 teams
25 winners advance
Third Round edit
25 second round winners + 7 Premier League teams in Europe = 32 teams
