The fire and the protests are two different events, even if the fire sparked the protests. So there should be 2 different articles.
Of course both should be properly updated, most probably the fire article should point to this one for the protest info.
TL;DR: do NOT delete the article, improve it (or leave notes in it so someone else may do it). 23.91.156.239 (talk) 01:19, 8 November 2015 (UTC)
