Orphaned references in 2013 Critérium du Dauphiné edit

I check pages listed in Category:Pages with incorrect ref formatting to try to fix reference errors. One of the things I do is look for content for orphaned references in wikilinked articles. I have found content for some of 2013 Critérium du Dauphiné's orphans, the problem is that I found more than one version. I can't determine which (if any) is correct for this article, so I am asking for a sentient editor to look it over and copy the correct ref content into this article.

Reference named "CN3":

I apologize if any of the above are effectively identical; I am just a simple computer program, so I can't determine whether minor differences are significant or not. AnomieBOT 16:17, 4 June 2013 (UTC)Reply

linking the stages 1-8 edit

Linking the stages 1-8 would be more comfortable to the reader [1]. Moreover, unfounded reverting [2] is very unpleasant. --46.115.74.172 (talk) 11:58, 10 June 2013 (UTC)Reply

Copyedit edit

I am copyediting the article, and will place any questions I have here.

  • What does "was expected to result in a reduced bunch sprint" mean?
  • I think what I meant was that the result was going to involve a smaller group from the peloton as a whole at the finish line. I shall rephrase from there.
  • What does "who nearly caught Warbasse for two minutes" mean?
  • Riders started at one-minute intervals during the stage; Docker had started two minutes after Warbasse, and Docker almost caught him before the finish. I shall clarify with the one-minute intervals point.

Hopefully that clarifies your queries, Mike. Craig(talk) 19:27, 10 April 2014 (UTC)Reply
Those fixes look good; both comments struck. Mike Christie (talk - contribs - library) 11:45, 17 April 2014 (UTC)Reply

Reviewer: Mike Christie (talk · contribs) 11:08, 10 April 2014 (UTC) This is a fine article; I've copyedited and have left a couple of minor comments on the talk page, but those would not prevent me from passing it for GA. The only issue I can see is the use of the Inner Ring blog; can you say why this should be regarded as a reliable source? It's used nine times in the article.Reply

The Inner Ring was the one reference I had been questioning myself, even before putting the article up for GA. I shall strive to find alternative sources for the elements referenced by that sites. Craig(talk) 19:29, 10 April 2014 (UTC)Reply

Otherwise everything looks good -- prose is in good shape, coverage is broad, I don't see any MoS violations, and the images all seem to be appropriately licensed. I've placed the article on hold pending resolution of the source issue. Mike Christie (talk - contribs - library) 11:08, 10 April 2014 (UTC)Reply

Fixes look good; I'm passing this. Mike Christie (talk - contribs - library) 11:48, 17 April 2014 (UTC)Reply
