The list of first round sites includes Trenton. This location is found on an NCAA press release, however, it is not listed on the NCAA page listing future sites. I've written to the NCAA for clarification, and will follow-up based upon the answer.

In any case, a reference should be added - my view is that the NCAA listing of sites is a better reference than a press release, but as that source is in conflict with the existing info, I'll wait to hear an answer before adding a reference.Sphilbrick (talk) 19:37, 26 March 2009 (UTC)Reply

The Determine procedure section had an assertion "...with the committee ostensibly making every region as comparable to the others as possible." That was followed by a citation needed. I added a link to the 2023 principles and procedures. While ideally it would be best to link to the document in existence in 2010, the product principles are unchanged. Obviously the numbers are different with 68 teams now and 64 then, and while there are two locations for regionals rather than four, the two locations each host two distinct "regionals", so the admonition that they ought to be in relative balance is a principle or procedure that has not changed between 2010 and 2023 (a for that matter since the first NCAA tournament in 1982) S Philbrick (Talk) 02:51, 28 January 2023 (UTC)Reply
