None of these expressions is English (there are no such words as "cantonale" and "cantonales" in English). I propose the article be moved to French cantonal elections, 2008. Have expanded this section. Ultimately, though, I think it would be better if it went into the general Cantons of France article (see my comments at Talk:Cantons_of_France) -- so that the individual "French cantonal elections, Year X" articles can then refer to it there (they system has remained unchanged for 140 years). -- Picapica (talk) 22:13, 5 April 2008 (UTC)Reply
