Thanks for the review. It's too bad about the image; I didn't know it was under full copyright (it was there a long time before I started fiddling with it). I've added a ref for the table (though it looks a little awkward), fixed ref 2, and added refs for the remaining sentences you mentioned, all from sources already included elsewhere in the article.
