The text of this article is not very well balanced and it is based to great degree on the information provided by HHRF, which is a Hungarian foundation protecting interests of the Hungarian minorities living abroad. They are far from being independent. Moreover, they are not supported by any major nongovernmental organization from outside Hungary, which is quite strange. I do not consider their website a credible and authoritative source and I tagged this article as non-compliant with the standards of Wikipedia until it cites only major credible sources that do not push a particular POV. References include the International Herald Tribune (an affiliate of The New York Times), BBC, Népszabadság (newspaper with the largest circulation in Hungary), and Index (largest internet portal in Hungary), Slovak sources also mentioned. Squash Racket (talk) 06:18, 2 January 2008 (UTC)Reply

This article is not objective edit

This page is extremely "prohungarian" and it is not objective, because it is blaming Slovak politics and inhabitants for the whole conflict. The article is talking only about Slovak extremists, except 2 sentences, where it is talking also about Hungarian acts of extremism. It is obvious that this article was written by some Hungarian supporter of ethnic conflicts. I live in borderlands between Slovakia and Hungary, and I could write much more about fascist Hungarians than about fascist Slovaks. Many people will disagree with me because I am Slovak inhabitant, so I would like someone who is not involved in this conflict to clean this article and make it objective. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 217.119.121.227 (talk) 21:33, 3 August 2009 (UTC)Reply

I agree and add, that the article is very selective regarding the sources, majority of them are Hungarian. This is not only biased per se, but also makes it almost impossible for an independent third party to review and arbitrate. Adding POV template. Wladthemlat (talk) 06:47, 10 September 2009 (UTC)Reply
Please post your suggestions to improve the article and we will discuss them one by one. Post your suggestions and the rationale for each change here. I'm sure there are suggestions which are acceptable to everyone and the article can be improved. Drive by tagging without suggestions to improve is not acceptable. I searched the article for .sk , websites from Slovakia and found several hits. Following a twisted logic what should be done because "is not only biased per se, but also makes it almost impossible for an independent third party to review and arbitrate" or add POV templates to every article containing Slovak sources? I reject that notion completely. Hobartimus (talk) 17:00, 10 September 2009 (UTC)Reply
I agree, the last (and unsourced) sentence is quite odd to say the least. FuFoFuEd (talk) 12:58, 12 August 2011 (UTC)Reply

edit

Removing the logo comparing the SNS and Nazi logos. Find a source providing commentary or else it is original research. They look similar but the article does not say if it was based on or inpspired by the other.Cptnono (talk) 13:47, 19 September 2009 (UTC)Reply
