Hi If I remember correctly these were not hindu- muslim riots.It was reaction of kananda speaking people in Karnataka to telecast of Urdu news in primetime on local Kannanda Doordarshan channel ( not national channel). This needs to be corrected. Shyamsunder (talk) 02:51, 13 August 2012 (UTC)

Notability

Wareon, if you feel this article is not notable enough, shouldn't you list it at Afd instead of blanking it? I understand it was restored by an indef banned user, but WP:EVASION tells us that changes made by blocked users need not be reverted if they are helpful.VR _talk 10:37, 7 October 2020 (UTC)
