Why was this report (putting the amount of UDF seats at 130 and the RPR seats at 128) removed?
Looking at more sources, we have this for the parliamentary groups, which all sources I could find agree with. Getting party affiliations is already harder: here, UDF and RPR are at 124 and 129, while here at 122 (+8 "and affiliated) and 127 respectively.
It appears that the composition of the parliamentary groups themselves is the more consistent number as they were explicitly defined (if anyone wants to count, here is the full list by parliamentary group). Meanwhile, individual party affiliation appears more discutable, and arguably less relevant, especially since a big part of the UDF split into a different legislative group (UDC). As mentioned at ANI, It was just blindly reverted as a knee-jerk reaction to the social media nonsense. The invalid votes, registered voters, turnout, first and second round seat figures were all removed too, as was the category sorting. The blind revert just needs to be undone. Yes, French election sources are frustratingly inconsistent (which is largely due to party affiliation not being properly recorded). However, the pre-revert version had a results table that matched a reliable source, so IMO this would be a clearly preferable version to restore in the meantime while any issues with said source are discussed (I think any alternative source needs to have both seats and votes, otherwise we are not necessarily comparing like-with-like). OK, will restore it for now. Re vote share for parliamentary group – not sure that will be possible. I would imagine the groups would have been something like:

• Socialist Group (275) – PS (262), MRG (9) and 4 miscellaneous left
• RPR Group (130) – RPR (128) plus 2 miscellaneous right
• UDF/UdC groups (130) – UDC (130)
• Communist Group (25) – PCF (27) minus two members (possibly overseas ones)
• Non-inscrits (17) – FN (1), 10 miscellaneous right, 2 PCF members, 2 miscellaneous left, 2 French Polynesian members

Given the division of the miscellaneous left and right members between the groups (and two PCF members not joining their parliamentary group!), it would be extremely hard (if not impossible) to pinpoint which parties those people were members of and what their vote figures were.
