Public Domain? edit

Article says the source "incorporates public domain material from websites or documents of the United States Army Center of Military History." The entire first 2 sections are taken verbatim from the 17th Infantry Regiment Association's copyrighted webpage http://www.17thinfantry.org/history/regiment.php, which I cited post hoc.
