"up to date" edit

Can someone clarify or edit this part "The Ópera do Malandro is very up-to-date..." The meaning of the sentence isn't clear. Does the author mean that it continues to be relevant today? --Lacarids (talk) 18:34, 25 October 2012 (UTC)Reply

Well... after reading the entire article, it appears to be a machine translation of the Portuguese article. My Portuguese is good, but I'm afraid to edit it because I have no knowledge of the film. Part of translating is inferring the author's intent, which is difficult in this case without having seen the film... but the problem is still there. Please! Can someone that has seen the film clean up the article? --Lacarids (talk) 18:44, 25 October 2012 (UTC)Reply
