The article's use of then I win ([1]) when referring to the subject, and the creator and sole editor elsewhere writing they are from Neily, as well as this being their main non-disruptive editing focus, strongly suggests the creator is the subject. Provided some of the CR sources are deemed reliable (not pay-for-article, for example), there are probably sufficient sources to meet NATHLETE.
