Sister Moon (Transvision Vamp song)

"Sister Moon" was Transvision Vamp's fifth single release and the final single to be taken from their debut album Pop Art. It was a minor hit on the UK Singles Chart in 1988, peaking at #41.[2]

In Australia, "Sister Moon" was released in 1989[1] as the fourth and final single from the album, following "Tell That Girl to Shut Up".

Critical reception edit

Jerry Smith of British magazine Music Week reviewed single positively. He called title track a "fine pop song", "downbeat ballad with acoustic backing and breathy vocals" and expressed assurance that single will grant "high exposure to give them yet more chart action."[3]
