Ruydar Rural District (Persian: دهستان رویدر) is in Ruydar District of Khamir County, Hormozgan province, Iran.[3] It is administered from the city of Ruydar.[4]

At the National Census of 2006, its population was 8,549 in 1,974 households.[5] There were 3,589 inhabitants in 974 households at the following census of 2011.[6] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 3,745 in 1,185 households. The largest of its 22 villages was Karuiyeh, with 1,142 people.[2]
