Ramón Ramírez Valtierra (born 25 February 1964) is a Mexican politician from the Institutional Revolutionary Party. From 2009 to 2012 he served as Deputy of the LXI Legislature of the Mexican Congress representing Hidalgo.[1]

He earned his law degree from the Universidad Autónoma del Estado de Hidalgo in 1987.[1]
