Hmm... Why am I not seeing the image animated on this page? - dcljr (talk) 00:01, 8 November 2011 (UTC)

Apparently it's because the total size of the GIF (height × width × frame_count) is too large to animate when the size of the image is changed for display on the page. I'm going to have to look into this further to see if I can get around this limitation... - dcljr (talk) 23:35, 8 November 2011 (UTC)

Image moved to 2012-01

I've moved the image being discussed above to the next month, Portal talk:Mathematics/Featured picture/2012 01, since the thumb version isn't being animated. Maybe by the time that month comes around, it'll be changed to show the final curve in the first frame. - dcljr (talk) 18:50, 28 November 2011 (UTC)
