A = Nagaland as it is a "Falcon capital of the world", the thing common in all is probably "Nose", Nasik word is derived from "Nasika" meaning nose, Nose is anyway associated with Nose flute, and Nagaland also "Naka land" which is derived from Burmese language meaning "Land of people with pierced noses". As per clues, Hopefully you mean, Article 356—Presidents Rule, after 8th June it will be only applicable for Delhi. These erstwhile 4 states were the only states in which Presidents rule was imposed before States Reorganisation Act of 1956 was applicable (November 1, 1956), and after 1956 Andhra state and Part B states were merged based on there linguistic basis.
