Peter Gallant (born December 20, 1958 in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island) is a Canadian curler from Stratford, Prince Edward Island. He currently plays third for his son, former Canadian Junior Champion Brett Gallant.
Gallant has been to eight Briers. In 1982, he played second for Peter Jenkins. Gallant would not make it to the Brier again until 1991 when he played third for Robert Campbell. He played third for Campbell again in 1993, 1995, 1997 and 1999. He played third for Peter MacDonald at the 2001 Nokia Brier. Gallant did not return to the Brier until 2007, where he skipped team Prince Edward Island for the first time at a Brier.
Gallant has had very little success at the Brier, his best performance coming in 1995 where his team lost in the tie-breaker against Ed Werenich. He has had more success at the Canadian Mixed Curling Championships, which he won in 1987 as a skip.
