Parud District (Persian: بخش پارود) is in Rask County, Sistan and Baluchestan province, Iran. Its capital is the city of Parud.[3]

After the 2006 census, Murtan Rural District and Parud Rural District were separated from the Central District of Sarbaz County in the establishment of Parud District.[3]

The National Census in 2011 counted 40,177 people in 9,024 households.[4] At the latest census in 2016, the district had 34,730 inhabitants in 8,963 households.[2]

After the census, the district as transferred to the newly established Rask County. The village of Parud was raised to the status of a city.[5]
