Okrouhlice is a village and municipality (obec) in Havlíčkův Brod District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 18.58 square kilometres (7.17 sq mi), and has a population of 1,221 (as at 28 August 2006).
Okrouhlice lies approximately 8 kilometres (5 mi) north-west of Havlíčkův Brod, 28 km (17 mi) north of Jihlava, and 92 km (57 mi) south-east of Prague.
