Nigel Ashford
Professor Nigel Ashford is a British academic and author, primarily in the field of politics.
Having directed the Principles of a Free Society Project at the Jarl Hjalmarson Foundation in Sweden he was appointed professor of politics and Jean Monnet Scholar in European Integration at Staffordshire University, England. As of 2002[update] he works for the Institute for Humane Studies near Washington DC. Ashford is on the Advisory Council of the Democracy Institute.[1]
He has been awarded the International Anthony Fisher Trust Prize.
