Mustapha Ghorbal (Arabic: مصطفى غربال; born 19 August 1985) is an Algerian association football referee. He has been a full international referee for FIFA since 2014.

Mustapha Ghorbal made his debut in the Algerian first division in 2011 and has been an international referee for the FIFA since 2014.
