Mazinan Rural District (Persian: دهستان مزينان) is in the Central District of Davarzan County, Razavi Khorasan province, Iran.[3] It is administered from the city of Davarzan.[4]

At the National Census of 2006, its population (as a part of the former Davarzan District of Sabzevar County) was 6,064 in 1,824 households.[5] There were 5,542 inhabitants in 1,859 households at the following census of 2011.[6] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 5,432 in 1,976 households, by which time the district had been separated from the county in the establishment of Davarzan County.[3] The most populous of its 22 villages was Mazinan, with 1,661 people.[2]
