Marcelline BASIGAYABO is a Rwandan and politician woman, currently sever as a member of the Chamber of Deputies in the Parliament of Rwanda.[1] Marcelline born on 15th November in 1979 in Rwanda she has been serving in different position like Executive Secretary of Rwankonjo Cell in local governance.
