Lulaman (Persian: لولمان), also Romanized as Lūlamān,[3] is a village in, and the capital of, Lulaman Rural District of the Central District of Fuman County, Gilan province, Iran.[4]

At the 2006 National Census, the rural district's population was 551 in 151 households.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 481 people in 160 households.[6] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 423 people in 154 households.[2]
