Looc is a part of the city of Mandaue.The biggest population in Looc Mandaue is Sitio OpLoc.About 50,000 people living of it.It was known as OpLoc means Opao-Looc.Looc is the boundary of Lapu-Lapu and Mandaue City it was established in 1910.Of all barangay in Mandaue City it was the barangay who is between the sea.
