Loai Al Fakir is a Chief Executive Officer of Provident Estate, a real estate brokerage in Dubai that he established in 2008.[1][2][3][4]

After operating his family business in Cyprus, he relocated to Dubai in 2006 and embarked on his real estate industry at PRV2, the real estate sales division of Abyaar Property Developers.[5]

In 2008, Loai Al Fakir established Provident Estate, which provides an online platform for property searches, as well as comprehensive information about communities, areas, projects, and real estate laws and regulations.[6][7][8] The company was recognized as a top real estate brokerage during CityScape in 2014.[9][10]

In 2015, he founded Primestay, a holiday home rental company.[4] In 2017, Loai Al Fakir joined the company One Broker Group as a managing partner,[11] later he became the CEO of the company.[12][13]

On June 14, 2023, Provident Real Estate obtained exclusive rights to launch and sell Habtoor Tower, the Al Habtoor Group's inaugural freehold property on Sheikh Zayed Road.[14] Also under Loai's supervision, in December 2023, Provident Estate sold the 3rd most expensive penthouse in the world – Como Residences on the exclusive Palm Jumeirah for over $136 million.[15]

Under Provident, Loai Al Fakir founded other sub-companies in real estate industry, such as Primestay, Prism., 811 Accountancy, Premier Finance, Provident Property Management, Precision Inspection, Ethnovate Interiors, Primecleaning, Prime interiors.

Loai Al Fakir supports green projects to offer long-term savings on energy costs, higher property values, and a positive impact on the environment.[16]

Loai is recognized by major Dubai developers like Emaar, Sobha Realty, Azizi Developers, and Dubai Properties, as well as property portals Property Finder and Dubbizle.[17]
