KCRR is a radio station serving Waterloo, Cedar Falls, and surrounding cities with a classic rock format. This station broadcasts on FM frequency 97.7 MHz and is under ownership of Cumulus Media. Dave Murphy is program director for KCRR and Elwin Huffman serves as morning news host. KCRR carries the nationally syndicated Bob and Tom Show.

KCRR has had a great history of DJs on its airwaves. The station was one of the last in the market to feature a live, overnight DJ Saturday night/Sunday morning. The station launched the careers of Buzz Lightyear, Chris Schaeffer, Jay Matthews and Hailey Knight.
