John "Jack" D. Moore, or John "Jack" W. Moore was an English professional rugby league footballer of the 1930s and '40s, playing at representative level for England, and at club level for Bradford Northern, as a Loose forward/Lock, i.e. number 13, during the era of contested scrums.

Jack Moore was one of two Bradford Northern players to lose their lives in the Second World War, he was drowned on May 19, 1941(?) when his ship, HMS Electra, sank in the Battle of the Java Sea.
