Ilya Mikhalchuk
Ilya Filippovich Mikhalchuk (Russian: Илья Филиппович Михальчук), born 2 January 1957 in Kuybyshev, is a Russian politician. From 2008 to 2012 he was the Governor of Arkhangelsk Oblast.[1]
