Hans Alexis von Biehler (June 16, 1818 - December 30, 1886) - was a Prussian general of the Infantry. He designed fortifications. Beginning in 1873 he oversaw fort construction in Cologne, Strasbourg, Poznań, Toruń, Königsberg, Ingolstadt, Metz, Kostrzyn, Spandau, Ulm, Mainz and Magdeburg.
