Mohamed Farid Saad Zahran (Born in Cairo, 1957) is a social democratic politician and thinker. He is the President of the Egyptian Social Democratic Party (ESDP), in addition to being the chairman of the Board of Directors of the Mahrousa Center for Publishing, Press Services and Information.

On 20 September 2023, he announced his candidacy for the 2023 Egyptian presidential election.[1] He came in third place.
