Hi @Illusion Flame - I checked the text and it looks much better now, with very little and very short segments from original website (would be hard to reduce it further due to specific language used in this field). Please check yourself and approve if possible, IMHO it is very good and relevant article we should have had years ago. -- Zblace (talk) 10:02, 22 August 2023 (UTC)Reply

Bias of User:RPSkokie in declining this article Draft edit

I would challange the bias of User:RPSkokie in declining this article, as I think they have no competence in the subject-matter and likely speak from the position of former military person (this is their key expertise). Though article is far from perfect, it is also well above treshold of notability with this NGO's work being featured in multiple prominent media (especially in Germany) and one of their series resulted in book publication with prominent publisher.

Reviewer was asked to elaborate on issues, but though they formated feedback with does not fully met...the almost fully but (just) not was not elaborated, rather forwarded to most generalized documentation and processes.

I am really curious how many military history articles are blocked by critical media culture workers in English Wikipedia? It is 2023 and issue like this makes one feel things will never change. I would encourage competent editors for the given field to consider contributing and reporting this kind of practices by benevolent reviewers.

@Zblace, it is less likely for many people to see this, so the advice to ask the question at a centralised noticeboard is a good one. (However, the intended place to do this is Wikipedia:WikiProject Articles for creation/Help desk, not WT:AFC) Unfortunately, there is a rather large backlog at present, so the more specific your question is, the more likely you'd be to get a specific response.
