I'm the creator of this draft and a part-time staff member at CEIR, the nonprofit David Becker leads. The site Legal Newsline includes an article that references a complaint filed against Becker during his time at DOJ. I'm unable to find independent confirmations of the issue that do not ultimately rely on Legal Newsline.
