While I'm not the creator of this article/draft, I would like to express my disagreement with the speedy deletion tag placed on the article under the WP:G11 criteria. A careful review of its content leads me to believe that it does not warrant immediate deletion without discussion.
The tone of the article, in my view, does not seem to promote the hotline mentioned, especially considering its defunct status. Additionally, the website of a similar name is only briefly mentioned and does not appear to be a focal point of the article. The current content seems to provide a historical perspective rather than acting as promotional material.
Although a search for the hotline may not yield numerous sources in major news outlets, its existence as a niche phenomenon is documented. While it may not necessitate a full independent article, it also does not seem to meet the criteria for speedy deletion under G11. A proper deletion discussion should take place before deciding on the fate of the subject (merge with another article, rewrite, or even deletion after consensus).
