Talent Beyond Boundaries (TBB) is a nonprofit organization founded in 2016 aimed at opening up safe, regular migration pathways for refugees and forcibly displaced people.[1] It is the first and only organization that matches skilled refugees and displaced people with international job opportunties, mapping and documenting the professional backgrounds of over 65,000 refugees on their Talent Catalog.[2]
TBB works with governments to create economic migration pathways for refugees and displaced people to live and work abroad, and has collaborated with the governments of Australia and Canada to deliver the Skilled Refugee Labour Agreement Pilot and the Economic Mobility Pathways Pilot respectively.[3] [4] In the United Kingdom, TBB delivers the Displaced Talent Mobility Pilot with the British Government.[5] In Europe, Talent Beyond Boundaries is an implementing partner of Displaced Talent for Europe, an EU programme for skilled refugees led by the International Organization for Migration.[6]
TBB has helped match over 1,200 refugees and displaced people to work opportunities overseas.[7]

Talent Beyond Boundaries was founded in 2016 by Mary Louise Cohen and Bruce Cohen, two former laywers from Washington, D.C., and John Cameron with the objective of empowering refugees by facilitating lawful employment opportunities for refugees in countries where there is a demand for their skills.[8][9]
