Travis Bernard Jackson Jr, known professionally as Skazz Shabazz[1] or Skazz,  is an American rapper from Brunson, South Carolina. In 2015 he released his debut mixtape, Mind Of A Boss in November of that year. His second mixtape, Mind Of A Boss 2” (2016) marked his first entry on the Upcoming 100 Charts which spawned the single WHY peaking at number 166 on the Emerging 3oo charts and remains his only-charting song.

2014–16: Beginnings and breakthrough edit

In November 2015, Skazz released his debut mixtape, Mind Of A Boss. In February 2016, he released the Mind Of A Boss 2 mixtape, which was his first chart entry on the Upcoming 100 charts. The mixtape's lead single "WHY", peaked at number 166 on the Emerging 300 list.  The mixtape's second single is "FWTS" which was accompanied by a music video.

On December 24th he delivered his debut ep 90’s Baby featuring guest appearances from all hometown rappers Bino Giuseppe, King Logg, Petrx Korleon, & Reech Creech.

2017–2018: Time Is Money and Gwala edit

In April 2017, Skazz released his single “Time Is Money” as his only musical record. In 2018 he released “A Lesson”also as his only record of that year contributing to his unpredictable releases.

2020-21: Gwala and Countryboy edit

In 2020 he delivered his last single “Gwala” featuring Finesse the Kid and his latter mixtape "Countryboy"[2][3] on Livemixtapes, Mymixtapez, and the discontinued Spinrilla before taking time off to focus on the business side of the music industry leading to the incorporating of his label imprint Finesse Circle Worldwide, LLC in 2022.

2023- Present: Longway, Pipe Down, and Overdue Part 1 edit

On March 2023 after a short county prison sentence Skazz released a well anticipated single “Aint Saying None” with “After Dark” following up a month prior.

On October 5, 2023 he released the remastered version of his single “Pipe Down” accompanied by H&H TY.[4]

On December 28 , 2023 he delivered his second EP Overdue Part 1.  "Longway" served as the lead single from the project.

2024-Present: Big Play and 90's Baby 2 edit

Already announcing the sequel in his 90's Baby mixtape series early this year. As well as securing a major feature from YFN Lucci, and YFN Traepound for his upcoming single "Big Play" which is the lead single on the project. [1] His brother Petrx Korleon will be on the official remix version.[5]

Business ventures edit

Finesse Circle Worldwide incorporated as a LLC, is a record label founded by Shabazz, his brother, Zachery "Petrx Korleon" Dobson and their close friend, Marcus "Narco Perry" Perry. Shabazz's aim was to extend a hand to his peers who also are in the music industry as well as give upcoming artists a platform to show their creativity, talent, and drive.[citation needed]
