Dubgee Street in Norfolk???
Shed Dungee was a state legislator in Virginia. He served two terms in the Virginia House of Delegates.[1]
In 1881 he was elected as a member of the Readjuster Party.[2]
He tried to repeal a law outlawing miscegnation.[3]
