Sardar M. N. Islam, also known as Naz.[1], is a professor and author of many technical and scientific books in a broad range of disciplines[2]. Professor Naz's approach to research and academic works has attracted international acclaim[3].

Sardar M. N. Islam is a certified accountant and holds the Bachelor of Laws; LL.B. (Law)[1]. He graduated with Ph.D from the University of Tasmania, Australia in 1992 [4]

Naz was a Professor of Business, Economics and Finance from 2007 to 2017[2]. He is currently a Professor at Institute for Sustainable Industries and Liveable Cities and Director of Decision Sciences and Modelling Program, Victoria University, Australia[2][5]. He has received many honours and awards for his rigorous scientific studies of universal and emerging issues[2]. He has also received many invitations to address international conferences as a keynote speaker[6][7][8][9]. He is also named as the Distinguished Visiting Professor of Artificial Intelligence at Sriwijaya University (UnSri), Indonesia, and a Distinguished Visiting Professor (2019–2021) at American University of Ras Al Khaimah (AURAK), United Arab of Emirates.[2][10][5].

His life passion is performing secular, humanistic and scientific academic work in order to improve the world and people.[1]. He is actively doing research and consultancy work to improve technologies, business & economic outcomes, laws and also in other fields[1][2]
