The 2023–24 Marquette Golden Eagles women's basketball team represents Marquette University in the 2023–24 NCAA Division I women's basketball season. The Golden Eagles, led by fifth year head coach Megan Duffy, play their home games at the Al McGuire Center and are members of the Big East Conference.

Previous season edit

The Golden Eagles finished the season at 21–11 and 13–7 in Big East play to finish in fifth place. They defeated St. John's in the quarterfinals of the Big East women's tournament before losing to UConn in the semifinals.

The highlight of last season was a 59-52 miracle victory over the UConn Huskies on February 8, 2023. It was the first all time victory over UConn, snapping an all-time 16 game losing streak. It was also the first time since 1993 that the Huskies lost two games in a row.
