Rami Cassis (born 1968) is an Egyptian entrepreneur and investor, known as the founder and CEO of Parabellum Investments.[1][2][3]

Early life and education edit

Cassis holds degrees in Aerospace Engineering and Mathematical Physics from the University of New South Wales.[4]

Career edit

Cassis began his career at Schlumberger Limited in 1993, before transitioning to KPMG and later Atos.[5][6]

In 2007, Cassis acquired Documetric, which underwent a reverse takeover of ieDigital PLC, and was listed on the Alternative Investment Market (AIM) in 2010.[7][8][9][10]

In 2012, he founded Parabellum Investments, focusing on international investments in software, business, and IT services.[citation needed]

Under Cassis's leadership, Parabellum acquired Razor Risk (2019), Advanco (2021), TALL Group (2022), Vantage Consulting, Connect FSS (2023), and Abaka via ieDigital (2023).[8][11][7][12][13]

Cassis currently serves as CEO of Parabellum Investments.[14]
