Pilaster Emmanuel Mlilo (1996) is a Zimbabwean known for critical analytics and being a customer centric individual who has a deep understanding in customer profiles and needs.[1]

Pilaster was born in February 29, 1996 in Matobo District. [2]
Career edit
Pilaster was born in Kezi Rural Hospital. He did his primary level from 2002 to 2008 in Mt Edgecombe Primary school. In 2009 he moved to South Africa where he continued with his studies for two years, thus 2009 and 2010. He returned home in January 2011. He did his ZGCE level at Premier high school including his O level. At premier he became one of the lucrative athlete where he won the best athlete in under 18 boys. For his Advanced level, he went to Pumula high where he specialised in Commercial studies. He finished his Advancel level studies in December 2015. He enrolled at National University of Science and Technology in 2016 where he began his Bachelor of Commerce Honours Degree in Marketing. In 2018 to 2019, he worked at Netone Cellular Pvt Ltd Company. After his graduation in 2020, he then secured a retail training program with Edgars Stores Ltd Company. He also holds certificates in chicken farming. He also participated in Labhack Zimbabwe 2018 in partnership with Oxford University.[3]
