Monument to Stoyan Christowe in West Dover, Vermont

Pavlina Ltd. has a long and enduring relationship with the Macedonian Arts Council, an organization committed to the promotion and affirmation of Macedonian cultural arts. Proevska founded the Arts Council in 1991, which is registered under the non-profit code of the State of New York.[5] Under the auspices of the Arts Council, she has produced many live events and projects that celebrate Macedonian cultural heritage. As the Arts Council’s Executive Director, Proevska initiated discussion with the City Council of West Dover for the erection of a monument to the Macedonian-born, Vermont state senator and author, Stoyan Christowe.[5][6]

In 2022, Proevska wrote, produced and directed My American Pilgrimage, a biographical documentary about Christowe's extraordinary immigrant life, also under the auspices of the Macedonian Arts Council.[7][8]

Proevska was instrumental in establishing a permanent collection of priceless Macedonian bridal costumes at the Museum of International Folk Art (MOIFA), an institution which boasts the largest assortment of intercultural arts and crafts in the world.[9][10] The museum value of these items is $800,000 USD. This collection is the second largest compilation of Macedonian embroidered folk dress in the Western Hemisphere.[7]
