Medal of Honor

The Order of Honor (Russian: Орден Почёта, romanizedOrden Pochyota; Romanian: Ordinul de Onoare, Moldovan Cyrillic: Ординул де Оноаре) is a Transnistrian military decoration. It was established on the 27th of September, 1996, by then-President Igor Smirnov.

Description edit

The Order of Honor is made of golden-colored pinchbeck and has the shape of a five-pointed azure star with golden edges, which are linked together by a red pentagonal rosette, with dark gold laurels on the inside. In the center of the medal is a red enamel circle with golden interior and exterior edges and the inscription "ПМР · Орден Почета".
