Odd Atelier Entertainment Inc. (Korean: 오드 아틀리에), otherwise known as Odd Atelier or OA, is a South Korean record label and entertainment agency founded in November 2023 by and for Jennie.

In August 2023, the four South Korean group Blackpink began negotiating their contracts with YG Entertainment, the group's record label. With the contracts about to expire, the label had stated in July, confirming that contract renewals were under discussion, and then confirmed with another statement, in November of the same year, that they were still "negotiating with the artists their contracts." exclusive.[1] ​On December 5, 2023, YG Entertainment confirmed that the four members of Blackpink had renewed their contracts, but only for group activities.[2] [3]

On December 24, 2023, Jennie, shared with her fans that she is launching a new label and company called Odd Atelier, with her being the owner and main artist.[4] “Hi, this is Jennie. This year was filled with many accomplishments, and I’m so thankful for all the love I’ve received, I’m also about what’s to come, as I start my solo journey in 2024 with a company that I have established called OA. Please show lots of love for my new start with OA and of course BLACKPINK. Thank you.”. “OA, which stands for ODD ATELIER, is a space that aims to create new things that attract attention in a different way from what is usual or expected,” Jennie wrote on her Instagram.
