Novak V. Adžić (born January 5, 1975, in Cetinje) is a Montenegrin legal and historical scholar, political figure, and the founder of the Montenegrin European Party (CEP). He completed primary and secondary education in Cetinje, graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Montenegro in 2001, and earned a master's degree in history in 2012.
